book is a great resource for teaching individuals with NLD how to
cook. The author assumes no cooking knowledge, and the directions are
incredibly specific, including information such as size of bowl
needed, what utensil to use, what part of vegetables to keep and which
to throw away, etc.

parents of children with NLD are faced with the issue of whether or
not to use medication to deal with anxiety and/or depression. Until now, there has been precious little information
available on this topic. The
author does a wonderful job of explaining what parents should know
about psychiatric medications for children, along with the various
classes of drugs and what they are used for.
An excellent resource for parents.
